The Cyxtera YVR1 data center campus, situated in the heart of downtown Vancouver, British Columbia, is housed within a prominent 28-story office high-rise, shared with diverse tenants. This strategic location places it just 13 km north of Vancouver International Airport, offering convenient access. The facility boasts robust infrastructure, including 1.2 MW of utility power with an N+1 UPS configuration providing 480 kW of capacity. For uninterrupted operations, it is equipped with 3.1 MW of generator capacity in an N+1 configuration and on-site fuel storage sufficient for over 48 hours of runtime at full load. The cooling system features an N+1 configuration with 180 Tons of cooling capacity. Connectivity is extensive, supported by a wide array of carriers including AT&T, Allstream, Bell Canada, Centurylink, Cogeco, Cogent, Rogers, Shaw Media, Tata, Telus, and Zayo.
